We are currently hiring for all shifts - part time and/or full time. Our staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 11am-4pm. Our day shift is Mon-Thurs 10:45am-4pm Friday 8:45am-2pm and Saturday 10:45am-4pm. Our evening shift is Mon- Thurs 4pm-8pm Friday 2pm-6pm and Saturday 11am-4pm.

HOTWORX - a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio!!! Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience, strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance based commissions and bonuses.
We provide substantial paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts. After the initial 30 days (first month on the job) with goals achieved, you will receive an increase in base pay.
We are looking for a result-driven Fitness Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess members and guests needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome members and guests to the studio and answer their questions
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Actively seek out guests and members
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
Skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
Our Staffed Hours are:
- Monday-Thursday 11am-8pm
- Friday 9am-6pm
- Saturday 11am-4pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
