We are looking for some additions to our already growing company. Sales experience is required and a plus if you're experienced in a high end, retail atmosphere. Adult product knowledge is a huge bonus as we are an adult novelty store. However, it is not required as we spend the first few weeks going over all the educational training while on the sales floor. You can stop into the Saginaw location or send your resume to the email provided.
Things to consider before applying. We are commissioned based on top of your hourly wage so it is important to know your performance will affect your peers. Candidates will be required to go above and beyond the normal day to day expectations i.e product training courses, hands-on sales skills and techniques on how to engage with any customer.
The hiring process will consist of the first introductory interview with the store manager followed by a second introductory interview with Operations.
