SMAZY Enterprise LLC owns and operates the Stanton Optical (SO) locations in the DFW
Metroplex. SO utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide a telehealth experience to

Our Retail Sales professionals are what we call Optical Consultants. Our consultants
get paid a competitive hourly wage PLUS commission and SPIFF. Our average sales
consultant in the Irving Market earns between $300 - $900 in commission and
SPIFF per month, in addition to the hourly wage.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Duties & Responsibilities:
Optical Consultant’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the
following:
 Greeting, acknowledging, and receiving patients on arrival
 Checking and explaining to patients their insurance benefits
 Generating revenue by following the sales process, providing the best eyewear
experience for the patients’ lifestyle, at a competitive price for the patient using
available promotions and financing options..
 Assist patients to troubleshoot any issues related to their prescription or product
selection. Escalate to managers any potential customer service issues or patient
dissatisfaction proactively to offer solutions promptly.
 Participating in continuing education practices such as role plays, training
courses, and review of Company Communications in the Franchise Field Inform
every week to implement updates. Complete all assigned training on the
Learning Management System promptly.
 Stay engaged with individual goals and performance regularly to ensure goals
are met and exceeded. Partner with Managers to identify and address areas of
opportunity.
 Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and standards in daily duties.
 Support the team in keeping a clean and safe environment in the store for both
staff and patients.
 Perform other duties as assigned and requested by Management.

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Spanish: 1 year (Required)
