Sales Associate

Sports Accessories Inc. in Las Cruces, NM is looking for one Sales Associate to join our 17 person strong team. We are located on 250 N Solano. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
• Directs customers by escorting them to our products.
• Advises customers by providing information on products.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
• Use judgment to solve customer problems
• Maintains scheduling commitments
• Input special orders
• Cleaning duty of retail front and bathrooms
• Required days of work Monday-Saturday

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent verbal skills
• Able to problem solve as issues arise
• Typing skills
• Retail experience
• Computer skills, proficient at Microsoft Office

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $12.00 - $14.00/hour.
