Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to achieve personal, store, and company goals
• Is a role model to the team in both personal sales performance as well as customer engagement
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, & ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to follow direction in helping to complete store tasks

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
