Sales Representative / Case Manager

Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative, it will be your responsibility to build and maintain patient relationships throughout their care at Reno Regenerative Medicine. You will be responsible for acquiring long term, quality patients for the clinic through the implementation of lead conversion systems through the initial phone call. As a Sales Manager, you will focus on understanding patient needs and wants, helping them start in the process to becoming a new patient by empathizing with their struggles and challenges while influencing them to do what is in their best interest to improve their quality of life.

Performance Objectives:
Develop emotional connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
Play a crucial role: supporting the acquisition and retention of long-term quality patients for the company by effectively generating new business through phone calls and using an existing CRM database.
Be responsible for assisting in building the patient pipeline and selling non tangible products (improved quality of life) to prospects of Reno Regenerative Medicine
Capabilities/Key Competencies:
Ability to ask exploratory questions
Demonstrate ability to overcome objections and create value and high awareness around physical/functional limitations
Expertise in sales
Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly and effectively connect with patients

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of sales or marketing experience
Salary:
$45,000 base annual salary. uncapped bonus/comission
Performance-based incentive plan after 90 days of employment
