Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calls and reach out to potential customers to generate sales leads - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services - Collaborate with dealership teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments - Conduct outside sales visits to build relationships with clients and close sales deals - Utilize sales software and tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales performance - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Assist in sales management activities such as forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a dealership or automotive industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong ability to cold call and generate leads - Proficient in using sales software and tools for tracking and managing customer interactions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
