Sales Associate

Pace Staffers is currently looking to place a passionate and driven Sales Associate in Manhattan, NY.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth and increasing brand awareness. This is an entry level role so in-house training upon hiring will be provided.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Attend training and meetings to learn sales and marketing tactics
• Work within sales team to achieve goals
• Consistently meet and record performance for personal records and to report to management
• Interact with customers to educate them on product knowledge
• Maintain high energy and outgoing personality to customers
• Demonstrate professionalism to peers, the client and customers
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Handle and keep confidential sensitive customer information
• Manage transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist management with tasks as requested per company policy
• Understand and demonstrate the company and clients values
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives

Sales Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to work in a diverse work environment
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Able to demonstrate active listening
• Previous sales experience a plus but not needed
• Previous customer service, retail or food industry experience
• Able to work on weekends as needed
