The role of the Sales Associate is to facilitate sales by offering genuine and personalized customer service. In addition to being a collaborative team member, the Sales Associate is responsible for upholding product and visual standards, as well as aiding customers with their inquiries. The Sales Associate is characterized by a natural curiosity and proactively seeks to comprehend the company's promotional campaigns and product range.
As a Little Bipsy Sales Associate at our store in Edmonds, WA, you will report to the Store Manager. We are looking for full-time and part-time Sales Associates to work on-site and are open to a flexible work schedule that includes availability to work weekends.
- Brand Ambassador - Brings Little Bipsy to life for our customers while building brand loyalty.
- Customer Engagement – Initiates conversation, shares advice and product knowledge to actively engage with the customer in a genuine way. Acknowledges and assists customers; locates merchandise efficiently using various methods.
- Floor Presence - Supports sales floor, fitting room, check out and back of house processes.
- Store Technology – Utilizes technology to deliver a seamless shopping experience through execution of multi-services.
Teamwork and Communication
- Adaptable - Exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing things.
- Positivity – Contributes to the store’s success by being positive, respectful and helpful to others.

Visual and Business Operations
- Awareness – Adheres to the store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all Little Bipsy policies and procedures to support the profitability of the store.
- Product Flow - Supports the shipment process to gain awareness of product including what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contributes to completion of multi-channel order fulfillment.
- Store Environment – Maintains Little Bipsy visual and operational standards while keeping focus on the customer.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in the retail industry, preferably in children and women’s clothing OR equivalent education/experience.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) per week.
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient with current technology i.e., iPads, Mac, PC.
- Builds relationships naturally, embraces individuality, and fosters diversity.
- Passionate, sales driven and determined to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
- Represents the Little Bipsy brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
