Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Connect with customers to create a warm environment and provide excellent service
- Learn about great products and how they can be utilized
- Maintain sales floor presentations
- Restock products as needed
- Handle the cash register to process transactions when needed
- Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm to reflect Miniso USA's commitment to customers
- Contribute to the overall sales goals of the store
- Stock and organize new products as shipments arrive to the store
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team, and management
- Able to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Able to use a calculator to calculate percentages and ratios
- Available to work a variety of hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and possible holidays

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Olympia, WA 98502: Relocate before starting work (Required)
