SUMMARY
As a key member of the Sales team, the Sales Assistant works closely with the Sales team supporting the planning and executing of sales meetings and presentations, creating sales reports, gathering samples, preparing sales materials and interacting daily with internal departments, customers and our manufacturing partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Assist sales lead to create line structures based on customer sales analysis.
- Collaborate with the Design, Sourcing and Packaging teams on new product development - liaison between New York office and Walmart/Sam's product development teams.
- Work with Sourcing team on all pricing, review with Sales lead and maintain margin sheets
- Prepare QMS and PLM quotes.
- Prepare for and attend both in person and virtual buyer meetings, including but not limited to: price sheets, presentations, samples, etc.
- One plus years' Retail/Wholesale Home Goods experience
- Ability to Multi-task and Prioritize with a strong sense of urgency.
