Sales Assistant & Inspections/Service Coordinator - Service Department

We are seeking a Sales Assistant & Inspections/Service Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The ideal candidate MUST have a team-oriented mentality and be detailed oriented and available to work Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Add to daily bid list.
• Close work orders for Service
• Schedule Service Repairs and collect payment information documents for Service Controller.
• Create daily work orders.
• Create new customer file in sage – when new customers call / and update Sage files when needed.
• All customer questions flow through the Service Controller.
• Review and executes service agreement contracts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
• Bi-lingual/Spanish a plus but not required.
• Sage 300 CRE a plus
