Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Assistant & Inspections/Service Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The ideal candidate MUST have a team-oriented mentality and be detailed oriented and available to work Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Add to daily bid list.
- Close work orders for Service
- Schedule Service Repairs and collect payment information documents for Service Controller.
- Create daily work orders.
- Create new customer file in sage – when new customers call / and update Sage files when needed.
- All customer questions flow through the Service Controller.
- Review and executes service agreement contracts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Bi-lingual/Spanish a plus but not required.
- Sage 300 CRE a plus
