- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential.
- High attention to detail tasks, recording, execution, and follow-up via phone, Zoom and in person.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customers, managers, key team members.
- Follow the guidelines for the lead to sale process as outlined in the Salesman Administrative Process.
- Scheduling visits and receiving new appointments.
- Presenting sales agreements to potential clients.
- Evaluate customer needs.
- Develop effective sales strategy.
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance.
- High energy position, must be able to multi-task, be a self-starter and re-prioritize tasks involved in completing daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Spanish a must)
- High level of people skills.
- Have a willingness to learn.
- Flexible with schedule.
