What You'll Do:

-Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and sales support on the retail floor.

- Assume keyholder responsibilities, ensuring store security and integrity.

- Drive local marketing initiatives, making a positive impact in our community.

- Showcase your creativity in visual merchandising and maintaining an appealing store environment.

- Cultivate lasting relationships with our incredible customers, guiding them on their wellness journey.

- Collaborate with a dynamic team to exceed sales targets and deliver memorable shopping experiences.

- Contribute to inventory management and assist with event setup (lifting 40+ pounds required).

What You'll Bring:

- A proven track record as a successful leader in a retail environment.

- Reliable transportation to and from work.

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
