Sales Assistant
The Sales Assistant will work with Account Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Support and Traffic teams to assist with a wide range of television sales-related functions including direct contact with clients and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Order entry and sales reports for Managers and Account Executives
- Work with WO Traffic, WO Media Sales and Microsoft Office
- Work with customer relationship management system
- Work directly with advertisers , agencies
- Respond quickly and intelligently to viewer calls and inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service, both external and internal
- Back-up Traffic and other sales support personnel as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- WideOrbit experience is preferred
- Good time-management, organization skills and attention to detail a must
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills—Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft office
- Must be flexible, able to adjust to changing demands, work in a deadline driven environment under pressure and able to multi-task
- Must have professional attire at all times
- Must be able to work standard office hours Monday through Friday
