```Job Summary```

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to help us grow. The Sales Assistant will provide support to our owner and assist in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

The Sales Assistant will meet with the owner Monday-Thursday from 3pm-5pm to assist with cold calling and other sales strategies. Once fully onboarded, the Sales Assistant could becoming a part time Sales Associate with commissions and work from home flexibility.

```Responsibilities```

- Assist the owner in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities

- Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Prepare proposals and contracts

- Coordinate sales meetings and follow up on action items

- Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining sales records

- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of technology sales is highly desirable

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
