Job Description
Leads, plans, organizes, and evaluates vendors, construction, installations, repairs and maintenance of all facility structures, systems and equipment; the department budget; project /staff schedules. Ensures adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility
- Leads and guides day-to-day operations of the facility’s Engineering and Maintenance department.
- Assists in Planning the requested, corrective, emergency and preventative maintenance and repair of the buildings and structural facilities.
- Plans, organizes, and leads the work of the facilities maintenance crews.
- Ensures regulations are followed in all aspects of assigned tasks.
- Ensures all documentation of facilities preventive maintenance systems are up to date and orderly.
- Ensures all assignments and project and meet current code compliance.
- Conducts and attends department staff meetings.

Job Qualification
- Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, required.
