Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will provide support to the owner and assist in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively. Experience in business development, account management, and technical sales is a plus. Proficiency in excel and other office suite software is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the owner in generating leads and identifying potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain and update customer database
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office printers, copiers in the printing industry is a plus
