What you'll be doing day to day
• Presents products to reflect the entire depth of the IKEA range in order to satisfy and inspire the different home furnishing tastes of our visitors • Provides a commercial range offer and actively promotes the IKEA commercial priorities and volume commitments • Ensures teams know the top selling products and they are available, clearly communicated, and displayed at all times or promotes alternative products when others are unavailable using all channels • Contributes in range management in all areas of the store • Implements add-ons throughout entire store and works with the range presentation team • Ensures the store is meeting the IKEA Concept commercially and living up to IKEA Standards and Guidelines • Utilizes customer intelligence to improve the shopping experience
