Position: Sales and Service Representative
Reports to: Sales and Service Manager

Job Overview: The Sales and Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers, both on the phone and in-person. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Service Manager to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. You will be expected to maintain a positive attitude and provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed Sales and Service goals and objectives
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and Services
- Attend trade shows and other events to promote our products and Services
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company to resolve any issues or problems
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Conditions: This is primarily an office-based position, but some travel may be required to attend trade shows and other events. The Sales and Service Representative must be able to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate customer needs.

Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

TNT Fireworks that sells consumer legal fireworks to the general public.
- This store is open year round; year round Part-Time position (16 to 24 hours per week, with opportunities for more as needed) is available for immediate employment.
- Must be available nights, weekends and holidays, also must have flexibility in scheduling.
- Opens and closes store (carries keys to the operation). Works alone most of the days.
- Serves customers by selling consumer legal fireworks & supervising staff. NO previous knowledge of fireworks is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to include product knowledge, policies & procedures, safety training, pricing, merchandising, marketing and customer relationship.
