Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Operations Planning Manager. The Sales and Operations Planning Manager will be responsible for managing the company's Sales and Operations Planning process, which involves creating and executing plans that optimize the manufacturing, inventory, and distribution of goods and services. They will be responsible for strategies that improve inventory optimization, customer service demand/orders, logistics, and order fulfillment for DTC, B2B, and B2C. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of plans and execution. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Success
- Oversee all order fulfillment for all sales channels in a timely manner that meets or exceeds mutually defined expectations and agreements with our DTC, B2B, and FBA sales channels
- Primary customer liaison for all sales channels
- Subject matter expert for EDI order processing for B2B sales channel
- Supply Chain
- Ensure that logistics are in place for appropriate deliveries to support our inventory levels, this includes negotiating pricing and shipment method for optimized profitability
- Process purchase orders in a timely manner that supports company planning and goals
- Primary contact for all SQAIRZ suppliers
- Participate in the development of statistical models to optimize safety stocks without negatively affecting customer service levels
- Assist in the resolution of key supply-demand issues
- Operations
- Support new product launches by setting up key foundations for operational success
- Review and analyze the forecast demand versus actual demand
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure that the promotions, visible impact orders, and new product forecasts are included in the aggregate demand
- Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning
- Measure, control, and improve planning accuracy through clearly defined metrics/KPI’s
- Key member in ERP implementation with supporting sales channel integrations to optimize customer order automation
- Assist and support customer service activities; this may include filling in for customer service representatives, analyzing key metrics, and optimizing technology that supports customer service
- Seeding and operational support of all Professional Staff, Influencers, and Affiliates.

- Understanding and experience with:
- ERP systems such as Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or similar
- EDI software, SPS Commerce experience is a plus
- 3PL services, Shopify, Amazon Fulfillment
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project)
