Extend efficient and customized service to guests/visitors while maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa. Attend to Locker Room needs, maintain proper inventory of supplies and amenities
- Welcoming guests
- Communicate and describe the spa offerings and their benefits.
- Maintain an understanding and knowledge of the spa industry.
- Communicate all spa protocols and procedures to guests.
- Provide all guests with an introduction to the spa facilities
- Service guests: beverages and miscellaneous items
- Oversee guest treatment schedule; Ensure guests are picked up on time by provider.
- Maintain cleanliness of Spa Locker Room, wet facilities and lounges.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and relaxation lounge.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of spa facility (perform necessary housekeeping duties).
- Handling of clean and soiled linen and terry.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude with guests and other staff members.
- Must have ability to multi- task
- Must have ability to focus attention on 'details'
- Requisition supplies and spa collateral.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and trainings as requested.
- Conduct inventory of products and supplies.
- Be responsible for the cleanliness of the immediate work area as well as the general property
- Be attentive to any actions, objects, or conditions that may risk accidents and/or injuries to a guest or fellow employee. Report all unsafe conditions
- Be courteous to all guests and coworkers

- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
Experience, Education, & Licensure:
- High School education or equivalent
- Experience in the hospitality industry (preferred)
