As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, acting as a liaison between our management team and valued clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Sales:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and relationship building
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and industry trends
2. Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and support
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Foster long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
3. Client Liaison:
- Act as a bridge between our management team and clients, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Communicate client feedback, insights, and requirements to the management team
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for client success
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
4. Logistics and Shipping:
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate product shipping
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers and addressing any issues that may arise
- Assist with inventory management and order processing as required
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in Sales and customer service roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and driven by personal growth and professional development
