Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Design and execute marketing programs to engage and influence target buyers
● Partner closely with Design Agency on website execution & content
● Creation of SEO and SEM strategy + blog content
● Creation of LinkedIn content— including monthly Dripify Campaign
● Segment current database + devise content strategy
● Creation of biweekly Mailchimp campaigns to current database
● Use CRM (Zoho) to track and optimize clients’ lead generation and nurturing programs
● Basic social media posts— LinkedIn + Instagram + TikTok
● Partner closely with sales on warm targets (ie recently opened an email or provided their information via web and/or phone)
● Conduct market research to better identify target audiences in addition to new global targets.
● Test the waters on PPC and social media ad campaigns that generate high-quality leads. Optimize paid campaign performance and make recommendations to increase conversions while reducing CPC.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or another related field
● 3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably for B2B companies, with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing programs
● CRM certifications, Zoho is a plus
● Demonstrated success running and reporting on digital marketing programs.
● Analytical thinking skills - uses data to drive strategy and to focus activities.
● Good communication skills (verbal and written)
● Self starter, loves technology, and appreciates taking the reins.
