Position Overview:
As a MarketingManager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the US market. You will work closely with the Marketing Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and ultimately driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key market trends, consumer behaviors, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
· Analyze data and insights to develop actionable recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.
Marketing Campaign Execution:
· Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing materials and initiatives.
Content Development:
· Support the creation and localization of marketing content including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising materials to resonate with the target audience in [new country].
· Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messaging and value propositions.
Brand Awareness and Promotion:
· Implement strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness in the [new country] market through targeted marketing efforts and promotional activities.
· Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand exposure and reach.
Market Entry Support:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
