Salary770-GOOD-LAW offers you a golden opportunity for personal growth and development that places the utmost value on you. We are expanding and seeking a full-time salaried Marketing Coordinator specifically for our referring providers.
We are looking for a positive, discipline and competitive person who can continuously learn and improve on the following:
- Maintain and build on existing relationship with our referring providers
- Create new relationships with providers and turn them into referring providers
- Build, revise, update and run, marketing systems and campaigns
- Understands analytics and communicate weekly to the firm for each referring provider and for total referring providers for;
- Cost per lead
- Conversion rate
- Cost per client capture
- This position does contain traveling to meet Doctors and meeting with potential clients to sign them up.
- A company vehicle will be provided as well as compensation for gas and car maintenance.
This position is salaried at $40,000.00 with commission as follows
- Commission starts once you’ve reached 25 amount of signed leads
- Each lead will after 18 will be $100 towards your commission
- Commission is calculated one month after each quarter year to verify all leads that were signed are still signed with us.
On top of Base Compensation we also offer:
- 50% of health insurance paid for you after your paid working interview period
- Reimbursement of 50% on personal or professional development courses up to 5% of your base pay after your 3 month working interview period
- 10 days of paid Holidays and 6-12 days of vacation/sick time PTO after your paid working interview period
- 401k (12% contribution and 8% matching) after 1 year of service
- Monthly bonus opportunities resulting in an incentive of $1,000, $800, $600, $400, $200 or $0
- Monthly Attendance Incentive of $1,000 to be split amongst those with perfect attendance
- Defined Profit Sharing after 2 years.
