What You'll Do
You will create and implement a marketing plan and act as a liaison between referral sources and the agency. You will prospect, initiate, develop, and nurture relationships with referral sources, new accounts, and clients in the community.
As the Sales Executive your responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining contact with referral sources.
- Distributing information materials and participating in related promotional activities.
- Developing contractual arrangements and maintaining communication with vendors and partners.
- Participating in developing new business ventures and preparing presentations to potential partners.
- Providing creative marketing techniques and is informed regarding competitors pricing and Marketing strategies.
- Acts as a liaison between referral resources and agency staff.
Who You Are:
- Be a relationally confident and compassionate person
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or health related field.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Communicate and interact effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to establish and maintain a courteous and service-oriented working relationship with referral sources and clients.
- Exercise excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

$50,000 Base Salary + Generous Commission and Bonus

Requirements:
- Home Care, Home Health, or Caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle for transportation
- Cleared background check
- Drug-Testing Clearance
- Verifiable references
- Professional and Problem Solving Mentality
- Compassionate, patient and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients and partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
