Part Time Position: 20 hours per week.
What you’ll be doing:
Exhibit responsibility for the administrative organization of the Sales and Marketing department and coordinating day-to-day activities such as initial inquires, entering database notes and compiling reports.
You will also be the point for coordination for onsite sales events.
How you’ll do it:

- Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by streamlining documentation, forms, applicant lists, procedures and processes to ensure that the marketing department is operating as efficiently as possible.
- Assist Sales and operations teams with planning and executing sales events.
- Assist prospects and residents with documents throughout the move-in and move-out process, coordinating efforts and creating and providing notices with all associated departments including facilities, administration, resident services, dining services and Marketing department.
- Produce routine reporting that empowers sales activities and provides valuable information about customer preferences and objections. Complete market research and competitive analysis on a quarterly basis.
- Assist with general community inquiries by providing basic information and conducting introductory tours of the community as the first step in the sales process.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all Sales and Marketing supplies and brochures through organization, confidential file management, and communication with the Sales and Marketing Director when supplies are needed.
- Prequalify prospects and follow through until they are able to be assigned to a Sales Counselor.
- Utilize CRM software to enter and schedule marketing leads as needed.
- Create, update and maintain Applicant List, Wait List and depositor files.
- Schedule activities and follow-up communication to prospects and residents after tours and events, recording the communication in RHS.
- Attend mandatory in-service meetings and complete Relias classes as scheduled.
- Be aware of changes in health and safety regulation and changes in employee policies and emergency procedures.
- Shadow the Sales and Marketing Director and Sales Counselor(s) to learn the core functions of those roles as they relate to the overall sales process and your responsibilities.
- Ensure required documentation is accurate and complete throughout the Sales and move-in process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

About you:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in sales or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
- Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, customer relationship management software and social media platforms.

This position is non-exempt. Hours to be assigned. Work Hours shall remain flexible to meet the needs
of the community, its programs, employees, and operations.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
The majority of your work is sedentary. Some walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and
handling will be required. Occasional light lifting up to 20 pounds may be necessary. You will have
frequent communication with coworkers and/or residents and must be able to accurately and timely
exchange information in these situations.
May remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
May have repeat motions that include wrists, hands and/or fingers.
May spend extended hours standing or walking regularly.
May spend extended hours in front of computer screens.
Safety:

Responsibilities include: the promotion of safety awareness, selecting a
departmental member to participate on the safety committee, participating in routine environmental safety surveys, conducting prompt accident investigations when accidents occur, and providing specific safety and health training to your departmental members to comply with state and federal safety regulations.
Whenever condition(s) exist that pose immediate threat to life or harm, as a leader, and if it
is safe to do so, you will take action to alleviate such a threat.
