Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic Sales and Marketing plans to achieve company objectives - Manage and oversee all aspects of the Sales and Marketing team - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends - Create and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, print advertising, and digital marketing - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners - Monitor and analyze Sales and Marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, to ensure alignment of Sales and Marketing efforts - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Sales and Marketing Requirements: - Proven experience in Sales and Marketing management - Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling content - Proficiency in social media marketing strategies and platforms - Knowledge of product management principles and practices - Familiarity with print advertising techniques and campaigns - Experience with marketing automation tools for campaign execution - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design work - Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance - Knowledge of HTML5 for website optimization - Experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing - Understanding of e-commerce principles and platforms We offer competitive salary packages, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
