```Job Summary```
The Inside Sales Representative is an Inside Sales position responsible for growing sales for one of our newest product innovations - Edge IT Monitoring Solutions. You will attain new customers through a combination of sales prospecting and market response to assigned leads. You will also create and maintain relationships with your accounts to understand their business needs and position and sell appropriate solutions. As an ideal candidate you would bring a passion for helping companies solve problems with technology and the drive to achieve results. Success in this role is measured by meeting or exceeding sales quotas and activity metrics, while at the same time effectively representing the RF Code brand and collaborating in a team environment.
This is an in-office position and is located at our Austin Texas headquarters.
```Qualifications and Experience```
- 2 – 4 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to qualify, manage and close a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Demonstrated success in selling to senior leaders in small to medium business
- Background and knowledge of selling device and/or SaaS solutions to help IT professionals solve IT management problems
- Ability to perform effective sales prospecting, and to also perform sales development for assigned leads
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with established sales processes and selling techniques
- Experience delivering concise customer centric product demonstrations
- Proficiency with CRM, sales management tools and email
- Not available for this position: current or future sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status)
```Responsibilities```
- Contribute to the growth of the RF Code Edge IT Monitoring solution sales
- Sell the RF Code Edge IT Monitoring solution to new customers
- Sell the RF Code Edge IT Monitoring solution to current customers
- Create and maintain relationships with your accounts
- Contribute to customer retention and renewal
- Perform sales prospecting to schedule remote meetings and qualify customer needs against RF Code solutions
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and customers
- Seek, receive and use feedback to improve sales and workplace performance
- Maintain records of prospecting and sales activity in designated systems
- Team effectively with sales colleagues and other parts of the organization, including Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing
- Work from our Austin Texas headquarters
