**Sales Support and Logistics Position**

**Job Description:**

We seek a motivated and organized individual to support our sales team and manage warehouse operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products are readily available and delivered to our customers promptly and efficiently. You'll work closely with the Sales and Logistics teams, supporting our company's success.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Assist the sales team with order processing and customer service inquiries.

- Manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and organizing stock within the warehouse.

- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.

- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

- Perform routine inventory audits and report any discrepancies.

- Assist with returns processing and ensure that customer service standards are upheld.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or related qualifications are a plus.

- Proven experience in a warehouse setting and/or sales support.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
