We are seeking an experienced and driven Inside Sales Associate to join us. The Inside Sales Associate leads and offer services to new customers as well as maintain and grow existing customers. Provide rate quotations and assist in customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate timely and positive customer communication & relationship.
2. Prepare regular quotations for customer and Sales
3. Act as a back-up contact for customers trying to reach sales
4. Ensure data is updated in CRM tool for outside sales who do not have access
5. Coordinate request for bookings, secure confirmation form overseas and inform customers
6. Assist in preparing tender/RFP/RFQ
7. Sales support and maintain existing customers - developing new opportunities with them
8. Coordinate joint sales efforts and sales leads with overseas counterpart on any potential business opportunities

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and customer centric mindset
- Thorough knowledge of international shipping procedures
- Thorough knowledge of airport/ocean terminal and CFS warehouse practices and procedures
- CW1 system knowledge and experience
- Basic math abilities
- Basic PC skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
