```Job Summary``` We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and Leasing properties. Your exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of real estate administrative processes will contribute to the success of our leasing operations. ```Duties``` - Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available units - Assist prospective tenants with the application process, including collecting necessary documentation and conducting background checks - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages or repairs needed - Respond to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or maintenance requests in a timely manner - Collaborate with property maintenance staff to ensure that units are well-maintained and ready for occupancy - Utilize OneSite software to manage leasing documentation, lease renewals, and rent collection - Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants to maximize occupancy rates ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective tenants - Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with CRM software - Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and Leasing regulations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals effectively - Familiarity with property maintenance processes and CMMS software is a plus If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Pay: $19.85 per hour
