Job Details


Job Details:
As a Sales Support Analyst in the Manufacturing industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will work closely with our sales, marketing, finance, accounting, R&D, and logistics teams to optimize our sales processes and strategies. You will be responsible for facilitating action plans, monitoring quarterly KPI's, assisting with agreements, RFP's, proposal presentations, and tracking sales performance. You will be expected to use your analytical skills to provide insights that will drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
1. Provide analytical support to the sales team to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with marketing, finance, accounting, R&D, and logistics to develop and implement action plans.
3. Monitor and report on quarterly KPI's to identify areas for improvement.
4. Assist with the preparation and execution of agreements, RFP's, and proposal presentations.
5. Track and analyze sales performance data to provide insights and recommendations.
6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, customers, and markets.
7. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2. 3-4 years of experience in analytics, marketing, or sales.
3. Excellent customer service experience.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
9. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
10. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
11. Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus.
