NT has a large production facility in Henan Province and caters to renowned global fashion retailers like INDITEX Group, Mango, and H&M. Known for its innovative designs, timely deliveries, and superior quality, NT has earned a stellar reputation in the industry.
In recent years, NT has expanded its production capabilities to Cambodia and Bangladesh, significantly reducing costs and offering customers a wider range of sourcing options.
To expand our market presence in the United States, NT has established Pooju Clothes Inc. in New York. We are currently seeking experienced Sales Agents with the following qualifications and skills:
**Qualifications and Skills:**
1. Extensive experience in the apparel industry with a deep understanding of the supply chain operations in the U.S. apparel retail sector.
2. Strong connections or established relationships with the procurement departments of our target customers, including large apparel importers, major retail chains, wholesalers, and prominent outerwear brands.
3. Proven success in collaborating with Chinese apparel suppliers.
4. Exceptional communication skills to establish and maintain healthy, stable business relationships with clients.
5. Familiarity with Landed Duty Paid (LDP) operations to provide LDP services to customers.
6. Keen awareness of fabric and outerwear fashion trends to provide valuable insights to our design team.
7. Willingness to travel to China or Southeast Asian countries as necessary.
**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate closely with our team, working under the support of the team’s authority.
2. Develop business relationships with target customers to make our company their preferred supplier.
3. Maintain and enhance customer relationships through superior service, continually expanding our business scale to become the primary outerwear supplier for our clients.
4. Timely acquire customer needs information and feedback to NT, ensuring we always provide the right materials, accessories, and styles at the right time.
5. Obtain customer feedback during order execution to continuously improve our order follow-up processes.
6. Gather sales data post-shipment to improve product quality and design.
**Compensation:**
We offer a fair and generous compensation package, including a base salary plus commission. Specific terms will be discussed in person.
