Protrade Logistics specializes in trade show freight brokerage. We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to expand our client base by networking, building relationships, and acquiring new business through cold-calling. As a cold-calling Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, initiating sales conversations, and promoting our services over the phone.
Job Duties
- Initiate cold calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Follow up on leads and schedule sales appointments or meetings.
- Meet and surpass monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout
Job Requirements
- No prior experience is required; we seek self-starters eager to learn.
- Completion of a 1-week paid onboarding training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity.
- Organizational and time management proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales or marketing certifications are advantageous.

Compensation
- Uncapped commission starting at 15%, with negotiation potential as you progress.
- Initial supplementary hourly rate of $14/hr. for the first two months to support your training and onboarding.
