The ideal candidate has experience in sales. The candidate has meticulous attention to detail and proven organizational abilities with a positive attitude and a passionate mindset. The Advisor supports the customer when they arrive to the showroom and throughout the delivery day experience. The Advisor role supports and empowers the customer experience and utilizes the tools necessary to meet and exceed targets. The Advisor delivers an educational and immersive experience to the customer. The Advisor generates and maintains service efficiencies to drive productivity within the store. While individual contributions will be recognized, teamwork is essential to achieve the highest level of success.
Responsibilities:
- Educate new owners by conducting a comprehensive vehicle orientation
- Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales and delivery cycle and installation process, as well as continued support throughout ownership
- Prepare, stage, and charge customer vehicles in advance of their scheduled delivery appointment
- Demonstrate a mastery of all products and services
- Keep up with EV industry trends and local incentives
- Conduct direct deliveries from Delivery Centers to customer homes
- individual customer's needs and comfort level
- Execute customer documents on delivery day
- Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome
- Excite, engage and educate prospective customers and current owners through calls, emails or texts and outbound events to educate them about the product
- Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling and copiloting Test Drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential
- Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by achieving and exceeding individual Sales and KPI targets
Requirements:
- Ability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays in a retail environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record
- Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable
- Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner with whom others want to work
