Job description

Description:

As a Sales Administrator for BELLAMI, you will provide excellent internal support for Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) & Inside Sales Managers (ISMs), Sales Directors and VP of Sales in all sales-related tasks including, but not limited to, NetSuite report creation, PowerPoint presentations, Salesforce implementation and training, and any other daily sales requests.

  • Responsible for direct interaction with RSMs, ISMs and Regional Sales Directors
  • Responsible for performing order inquiries, order entry processing and review of order issues
  • Responsible for creating NetSuite reports and saved searches for our sales team
  • Responsible for implementation and utilization of Salesforce to provide key data to our sales teams
  • Supporting the Sales Department with other administrative tasks if requested
  • Responsible for daily Marketing Order entry and any other applicable send-out requests
  • Research issues and brings resolution to complex situations
  • Attention to detail and ability to carry an assignment to completion
  • Provide support to sales staff via email, teams chat and teams video sessions when necessary
  • Maintains knowledge by viewing educational videos to obtain brand knowledge
  • Participate in marketing events as necessary
  • Performs all other job-related duties as requested

Requirements:
  • Must have experience with NetSuite and Salesforce, to generate reporting and data metrics
  • Assisting in the implementation and training of Salesforce rollout
  • Outstanding communication skills for interaction with both internal and external customers
  • Must possess good judgment and ability to make independent decisions within department protocols
  • Flexible work hours required. We operate on a hybrid environment
  • Ability to work overtime when required
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office suite, specifically: Excel: Creating simple spreadsheets with formulas, filtering and v-lookup; PowerPoint: Creating and updating sales presentations
  • Solution-oriented mentality
  • Able to handle a high volume of inquiries and complex issues and must be able to multi-task
