Sales Admin Assistant

We are an equipment rental business based in Texas.

We are looking to recruit a well-spoken and organized professional to help with taking daily calls from clients and managing rental bookings.

Requirements:

MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER CALLS FROM 9AM - 7PM (Central Time)

Responsibilities:

1) Answer rental inquiry calls

2) Take bookings and log into spreadsheet

3) Communicate booking requests with fulfillment personnel

4) Email rental information to clients

Actual active work time estimated to be about 1 hour per day.

Pay is commission based and the contracted employee will receive $40 per booking.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 1-5 hours per week
