We are currently seeking a Accounts Representative to join our team in our Lenexa, KS Territory. In this role, the Accounts Representative is responsible for Accounts Management in a designated area within the territory, overseeing sales, rebooking, and servicing of existing accounts.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage account expectations to ensure profitable results.
- Identify and prioritize top prospective schools for sales calls.
- Communicate with the National Sales Executive regularly and prioritize lists.
- Schedule sales calls to prospective schools.
- Enter daily notes into the CRM system.
- Prospect yearbook accounts.
- Work directly with the Territory Manager to establish specific goals and sales plans.
- Follow up with select previous customers and identify areas of concern and possible solutions.
- Meet rebooking goals.
- Manage the service expecations of signed accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Education:
- High School Diploma
Experience
- Customer Service / Sales
- Previous management experience
- Previous experience selling to schools is preferred, but not required
Abilities and Skills
- Valid Drivers License
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to self-manage and motivate
- Ability to multitask
- Organized and reliable
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
