Sales Account Representative

We are currently seeking a Accounts Representative to join our team in our Lenexa, KS Territory. In this role, the Accounts Representative is responsible for Accounts Management in a designated area within the territory, overseeing sales, rebooking, and servicing of existing accounts.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage account expectations to ensure profitable results.
• Identify and prioritize top prospective schools for sales calls.
• Communicate with the National Sales Executive regularly and prioritize lists.
• Schedule sales calls to prospective schools.
• Enter daily notes into the CRM system.
• Prospect yearbook accounts.
• Work directly with the Territory Manager to establish specific goals and sales plans. 
• Follow up with select previous customers and identify areas of concern and possible solutions.
• Meet rebooking goals.
• Manage the service expecations of signed accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Education:

• High School Diploma

Experience

• Customer Service / Sales
• Previous management experience
• Previous experience selling to schools is preferred, but not required

Abilities and Skills

• Valid Drivers License
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to self-manage and motivate
• Ability to multitask
• Organized and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
