Job Description:
We are on the lookout for skilled Sales Specialists who are adept at navigating high-ticket sales environments, particularly those comfortable with phone-based, one-call closing techniques. Your role will focus on converting warm leads into valuable clients, utilizing your understanding of digital marketing to offer tailored solutions that meet their needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth while working within a dynamic, remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and convert warm leads into sales through scheduled calls.
- Employ one-call closing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Understand and articulate the value of digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Foster and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in high-ticket sales environments, with a strong emphasis on phone sales and one-call closes.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and the ability to discuss these fluently with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and follow up on leads.
- Self-motivated, with the discipline to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a digital marketing or related field.

Salary: $36,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
