About Our Customers :
We remanufacture HVAC Blower motors to be used in residential AC units. We are a very niche company but have found great success in the market as our product is 40-65% cheaper than any available alternative. Our customer base is mostly non-contractors, but we have found contractors to be our most lucrative customer. We would love your help introducing our products to businesses and assisting in maintaining proper function. We’d like you to profit from this as well by joining our team.
About The Position :
United HVAC is hiring Sales Account Manager to make outbound business to business (B2B) phone calls to potential clients. Your goal is to build rapport with the client to collect data and get them to create accounts and order. This can be done over phone/email or via setting appointments with them in person. We provide you with the software, the prospects and the training for you to succeed!
Essential Duties Include:
- Handling all B2B calls, both new prospects and established customers
- Data Collecting, Comparing, and Tracking
- Document and measure all interactions with potential customers
- Write and distribute email, sms, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Gmail and Google work products
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Must be personable and able to retain product knowledge
- Be an inquisitive, quick learner and pay attention to small details
- Previous B2B customer service experience in a call-center or sales environment preferred.
- HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
