RoofingSource is hiring for a Sales Account Manager who is:
Hungry, resourceful, and self-motivated individual who is ready to manage a fast-growing book of business.
Confident in managing client relationships and exceeding customers’ expectations.
Excited to build relationships and uncover new business through discovery, fact-finding, and qualifying strategies with the support of an existing customer database.
Sales and Account Management experience within the Roofing or Construction industry is not required as we believe in hiring talented individuals and fostering an environment for goal-oriented teammates to grow. Through the direction of our experienced Director of Sales and Operations and training, we understand the industry can be learned. We opt to hire people with integrity and potential rather than requiring past experience, but applicable experience is certainly welcome!

Job Responsibilities:
Create new relationships with multi-site building owners nationwide
Identify business decision makers and actively follow-up and close business
Develop and aggressively implement a sales plan for your market
Manage existing relationships and current accounts
Ensure that RoofingSource is viewed not just as a preferred vendor, but a strategic partner
Keep CRM up-to-date with leads and opportunities
Make presentations to prospective clients
Visit prospective clients and existing clients
Attend industry trade shows
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Valid Driver’s License
English fluency, Spanish a plus
Metrics-driven experience in sales (Roofing, Construction, or advanced trade Industry a plus)
Computer literacy (e.g., Google Suite)
Proven CRM knowledge and experience
Articulate communication and presentation skills
Ability to create a positive experience for RoofingSource’s customers and meeting the needs of clients with integrity
Ability to understand and clearly articulate RoofingSource’s services (in-house and external training is provided)
Ability to work well with limited supervision and effectively use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
Compensation and Benefits
A Sales/Client Advisor’s industry-competitive salary varies depending on a candidate's professional experience. Most candidates receive a starting salary of $50,000/year with industry-competitive, uncapped commission.
Expected On Target Earnings (OTE) for the first year are $75,000-$100,000. Candidates with previous experience selling roofing or facilities management services may be eligible for a higher starting salary.
