The Regional Sales Manager integrates the roles of Account Executive, sales manager and strategic market manager to achieve organic growth for a defined region within Eurofins Built Environment Testing. The Regional Sales Manager position has two main functions:
1.) Manage assigned book of business
2.) Drive new business growth within assigned region
3.) Manage and mentor assigned Account Executives to individual/team performance expectations.
4.) Partner with operations and marketing to drive strategic plans to meet the overall Eurofins Built Environment Testing business strategy.
5.) Own and drive regional sales revenue within the East, Central or West region
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth and revenue targets in assigned region.
- Recruit, manage, evaluate, train, mentor and support assigned Account Executives within region.
- Work with other regional sales teams, business unit managers, project managers and other Built Environment employees to organically grow Eurofins Built Environment portfolios.
- Field sales management, including on-site client visits with Account Executives, which will include considerable travel.
- Develop and execute laboratory specific marketing & sales plans supportive of Eurofins Built Environment Testing organic growth objectives.
- Partner with Vice President of Sales to foster and sell Eurofins Built Environment Testing's national accounts across region.
- Work closely with Eurofins Built Environment Testing Marketing to implement regional marketing initiatives, including proposing items for inclusion in marketing plans.

BS/BA required (Preferably in Science or related field), MBA desirable
Minimum 5 years progressively successful supervisory preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of sales and sales management experience - preferably in the IAQ/IH laboratory business.
Lab experience and/or exposure to the IAQ/IH industry.
Position is Monday- Friday, first shift, full time.
