Sales Account Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and competitive individual who will achieve maximum sales profitability and account penetration within assigned markets. Outside sales and B2B sales experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to approach complex business scenarios with creativity, resourcefulness, professionalism, and a positive attitude. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships, prospecting, securing new business accounts/customers, and ensuring each account exceeds the minimum sales required per agreement. This individual will deliver product presentations to existing and prospective customers. It is important to have FUN delivering an excellent software system and user experience!
Core Functions:
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from prospective customers through a consultative selling approach and effective use of technology using a hunter mindset to find new opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with prospective customers and distributors to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
- Ensures the customer experience is consistent with brand standards across all aspects from sales to billing.
- Fosters positive relationships and networks with new, existing, and potential customers.
- Builds and maintains a successful pipeline of prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Analyzes the territory/market's potential and determines the value of prospective customers.
- Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keeps abreast of our market and trends; always keeping an eye open for ways to add value to the existing products.
- Travels to network with key distributors as well as participate in tradeshows/conferences.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Technology Proficient:
- We are a technology company, and we want you to be excited by the company and our products!
- Product demos are primarily done via conference call and screen sharing.
- Must be able to multi-task by demonstrating the product and accessing other customer information or taking notes while presenting.
- Must have the ability to learn the technical aspects of our product inside and out.

- Professional and Personable:
- You are the type of person who enjoys getting to know your customers and maintaining customer relationships.
- You enjoy meeting new people and finding out ways our product will fit their needs.
- General Office skills:
- Phone experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Ability to learn CRM software.

- Travel
- Travel to trade shows, conventions, and on-site visits may result in travel ranging from 10-50%.
- Travel requirements depend on the season.
