Job Description
Gridless is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to support the sales channel and grow the Gridless brand. As an early member of this fast-growing organization, your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture a set of reseller partners as well as support customers within your territory.
Responsibilities Include
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers and channel partners
- Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, host online demos, create proposals, and close deals
- Ability to work in a startup environment with a small, growing team
- Aggressively exceed goals consisting of outbound phone calls, emails, online demos, and trials
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate has a minimum 2 years sales experience, has an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoys a small team and highly collaborative environment. They possess the drive to consistently close high value business, and they welcome the accountability to do so. Candidates should be interested in technology and will lean to answer technical questions on batteries, solar, and connectivity.
Qualifications
- 2+ years sales experience
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA
- Ability to develop relationships and engage at all levels within partners (Sales to C-suite)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple priorities, achieve deadlines
- Technology or security sales experience (preferred)
- High level written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work in a startup environment with a small, growing team
- Bachelor's (preferred)
