Account Executive

This role will require being local to the NJ/NY area.

• Good understanding of digital marketplace and ad formats
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to think creatively, and collaboratively
• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to:
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables and ensure that projects are executed on time and on budget
  • Follow up with the clients on outstanding issues and questions
  • Prepare weekly status reports
  • Set up weekly project status calls
  • Document all calls and meetings
  • Partner with team to support the project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of all deliverables
  • Review all deliverables and aggregate team feedback
  • Schedule and attend project-related presentations
  • Communicate client changes and rationale to internal team following client reviews
  • Prepare financial worksheets and reports

• 1+ years advertising agency experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare
• Media experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical medical
