As an Infant Teacher, you will help create an environment rich for nurturing and development of our youngest participants by working with a team of teachers to implement daily lessons and provide classroom support in a structured and safe way. On a regular day, you will guide infants and children through social, emotional, and behavioral development programs using play-based learning and provide a fun positive environment in which children grow! In the Infant and Toddler classrooms, you will have an overall focus to prioritize the needs of the children while implementing policies and practices that ensure the well-being of our participants and follow local and state safety guidelines. To thrive in this position you must have proven experience building relationships, a strong understanding of the growth and development of children, and a passion for helping each children reach their own individual potential.
