PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working under the supervision of our Safety Director, the Safety Manager will:
- Oversee a team of 1-3 Safety Specialists
- Manage various project sites, identifying risks and opportunities for improvements
- Conduct safety inspections, collect data, and analyze data to systematically address areas in need of improvement
- Create, review, and revise safety related programs and policies
- Develop and deliver safety related trainings to all levels of the company
- Provide oversight on fleet safety program and the company's service department
- Collaborate with Safety Director to ensure project success and to exceed client expectations
- Lead communication between clients, PX, field staff, BIM staff, subcontractors, and vendors
- Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure project stays on or ahead of schedule
- Assume doer-seller safety approach and pursue opportunities to solidify relationships with subcontractors
- Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization
- Mentor, develop and coach TGG team members
- Implement new ideas, better approaches and innovative safety solutions to improve TGG performance and the client experience

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of Construction experience
- 1-3 years of Management experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in OSH, EHS, ore related field (required)
- OSHA 30 certification in Construction (required)
- Proficient in Procore, IS Net, ConstructSecure, Electronic OSHA 300
- ASP, STS-C, and CHST certifications (preferred)
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, primarily Construction standards
- Leadership skills with ability to function within a team environment
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, efficiently and effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Have means of transportation to/from jobsites located throughout the Greater Boston area
