We are looking for: An experienced Site Manager(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Clean Room safety within a semiconductor environment, construction and site management, with a proven track record of successful project completion. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day safety operations of the construction site. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and make a lasting impact on our organization.
Primary Location: Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on Clean Room semiconductor site.
- Ensure that safety regulations are followed.
- Develop, review, and implement safety plans for the efficient use of materials and personnel.
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and report to upper management.
- Provide guidance, training and assistance to workers on site.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel on site.
Position Requirements:
- 5+ Years of construction safety experience
- Previous Clean Room experience in semiconductor facility
- Gowned-up uniform comfortability
- OSHA 510 ACTIVE certififcation
- High School Diploma
- New construction experience
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ Years of Safety Management experience
- BCSP Certification (CHST, OHST, CSP, ASP)
- Training/Orientation experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
